2. Services

We provide online Quran and Islamic studies classes through qualified teachers via digital platforms. Services include:

• Quran reading with Tajweed

• Memorization (Hifz)

• Tafsir and Islamic Studies

• Arabic learning (optional)

3. Registration

To register:

• Students or guardians must provide accurate personal details.

• Students must have access to a stable internet connection and required software/platform (e.g., Zoom, Skype, etc.).

• Children under 18 must be registered by a parent or guardian.

4. Class Schedule and    Attendance

• Classes are scheduled based on mutual availability between the teacher and student.

• Students must be punctual and attend regularly.

• If a student cannot attend a class, 24-hour advance notice is required for rescheduling.

5. Fee Structure

• Fees are charged monthly or per course (as agreed).

• Payment must be made in advance via designated payment methods.

• No refunds are provided for missed classes without prior notice or for withdrawal after classes have started.

6. Code of Conduct

• Students must be respectful, focused, and dressed modestly during online sessions.

• Any inappropriate behavior, abusive language, or misconduct may result in suspension or termination of services.

7. Teacher Assignment

• We reserve the right to assign or reassign teachers as necessary for quality and scheduling reasons.

8. Privacy Policy

• Personal information is kept confidential and used only for academic and administrative purposes.

• Sessions may be recorded for quality control and training but will never be shared publicly without permission.

9. Technical Issues

• We are not responsible for technical problems (e.g., internet failure on the student’s side).

• If a class is missed due to an issue on our end, it will be rescheduled at no additional cost.

10. Termination of Services

• Either party may discontinue the service with prior notice.

• We reserve the right to terminate services for violations of these terms.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions as needed. Registered students will be notified of any major changes.
